What do these numbers mean?
iRT (Instantaneous Reaction Time)
This is the main metric from the paper. It calculates the average time lag (in milliseconds) between the dot moving and your hand reacting to correct it.
Lower is better/faster. It is calculated using "Dynamic Time Warping" to align your motion path with the dot's path.
Crashes
Times you lost control (hit the red wall). Zero crashes is ideal, indicating sustained focus throughout the session.
